Jefferson County Communities That Care and Jefferson County Public Health's Tobacco Prevention Initiative offered workshops during March, April, and May of 2023 for parents, guardians, teachers, coaches, mentors and more.

“Tackling Tough Topics with Teens (T4)” is

a FREE interactive workshop about effectively communicating with teens to help build trust and reduce risks associated with substance use and mental health. 

 

This workshop also fulfills the Substance Use Prevention/Motivational Interviewing course requirement for the Building Allyship and Diversity in Jeffco (BADJ) / Out for Safe Spaces project. To learn more about this project, please visit our website
